Sivota is a seaside village in the southern part of the prefecture of Thesprotia. It is only 24 km away from Igoumenitsa, 340 km from Thessaloniki and 450 km from Athens. It is one of the most famous tourist destination in Epirus. The settlement is built in a small bay in which there are small islands, such as Agios Nikolaos, Mourtemono and Mavro Oros. The combination of turquoise beaches and green hills attracts every year many tourists from Greece and abroad. The main beaches of the area are Gallikos Molos, Zery, Dei, Zavia, Megali Ammos, Mikri Ammos, Bella Vraka and Pisina beach.
